Brassica Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd. was established in December 2008 by Mr. Alok Kumar and a team of professionals. The company’s registered and administrative office at 900, KLJ Tower, Netaji Shubhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi - 110034, is also located near the famous Dilli Haat.

Alok Kumar relieved himself of service in 2008 after working with reputed organizations at multiple locations across the country for 20 years, the last two years as Vice President - Food & Beverage at Pyramid Saimira, Chennai for pan India operations handling QSR, Cafeterias and food services. Prior to this he was with India’s largest and well organized Mumbai based contract food and allied service provider company RKHS handling prestigious clients like HUL, TCS, Aditya Birla, Mahindra, Godrej, Parle, Mercedes Benz, Whirl Pool, LG Electronics, Tata Technology, Infosys, ICICI, and many more having their institutional and industrial catering services as well as other support services across the state of Maharashtra.

BHSPL today has an extremely strong and active network of industry renowned professionals like Executive Chefs, General Managers, Executive House Keepers, Principals of IHMs, Finance Head, IT Head etc. Our network also consists of a multitude of consultants who work purely in the hospitality industry and incorporates a wide range of skills, experience and knowledge which meets individual solutions of our clients' specific needs.

Over the last five years, the company has worked on several projects as startup to establish its own identity in the market by having own outlets as QSR and a Fine Dining Model at Delhi & in nearby states.

The Company provides extensive services in various fields of restaurants, catering & food service sector, such as planning, co-ordination, procurement, recruitment, training and pre-opening activities as well as setting-up the operations for commencement. The company follows high level of operating standards, methods and procedures in-order to achieve maximum efficiency during design development and also during operations and project management. All efforts are made to develop projects within pre-determined budgets.
